A Click is the number of external clicks on a piece of content that has been shared from your site. A Click essentially tallies the number of times your content is clicked by your members' social followers.
How is it calculated?
Each piece of your Community's content shared by a member from the platform is "wrapped" in a bit.ly link, unique to that individual Member as well as the social media network onto which they shared the content. That bit.ly link is what allows us to capture the click-through data.
