Some customers using earlier versions of Internet Explorer (IE) as their browser have been experiencing problems when viewing the Dynamic Signal platform New Web Experience for members. Versions of IE prior to IE 10 may experience unpredictable results which may result in an error message. The following table details which browsers are impacted, and which browsers will not be impacted. For more information on browser compatibility and the Dynamic Signal platform, see System Requirements and Browser Compatibility.

IE Browser Compatibility Error Message
Customers experiencing IE browser compatibility issues will see the following error message:
“Either Compatibility View is turned on or you are using an unsupported browser version which can affect the performance of the product. Ensure that Compatibility View is turned off. If the issue continues, ensure that you are not using an unsupported browser version. For a list of supported browsers, please click here.”
Custom URL Issues Using IE
For customers using a custom URL, there is the possibility that the subdomain or full domain was added to the Intranet Zone via a group policy. All websites in that circumstance are automatically rendered in IE 7 compatibility mode, because these sites are internal and each site has to be configured to tell IE which version to render.
