Broadcasts Sent
Metric
The number of recipients who received a broadcast from the Dynamic Signal platform for a given date range. Choosing multiple types of notifications (i.e., push, email, SMS, etc.) for a single broadcast only counts as one broadcast sent. To determine the number of broadcasts successfully sent, you can segment your metrics by Notification Type.
Broadcasts Acknowledged
Metric
Number of broadcasts that a member has acknowledged. For more information on Broadcast Acknowledgement, see Create a Broadcast.
Broadcasts Viewed
Metric
The number of broadcasts that have been viewed. A View can be measured in several ways, including by viewing from an in-app notification, or by clicking a link sent from an integration (such as a Slack broadcast).
Broadcasts Opened
Metric
The number of broadcasts opened. A broadcast is only counted as Opened once when a member opens it in either an email or push notification.
Broadcasts Clicked
Metric
The number of broadcasts clicked on. This metric includes emails only and shows when a user clicks a link within a broadcast email.
Acknowledgment Required

Email Status

Current status of an email. Examples: Email Sent, Email Opened, Emailed Clicked
Mobile Notification Status

Total Members

The total number of members in the system during the given time range. This includes suspended users. If a member was not suspended during the reporting date range, then they will count as the state they were previously in. When segmented, the result will be cumulative.
Average Session Time
Metric
The total session time for a member divided by the total number of sessions. For reporting, the session time is displayed in seconds.
Viewed Post (Members)
Metric
Number of members who have viewed at least one post during the given time range. This does not include discussion views.
Active Members
Metric
The number of members who have performed any action on our platform whilst logged in during the given time range. Examples: login, liked/commented/shared a post.
Shared Post (Members)

The number of members who have shared at least one post during the given time range.
Submitted Post (Members)
Metric
The number of members who have submitted at least one post during the given time range. Submitted posts are all posts except the ones added from feeds.
