As a Global Manager, you can update an email address for a member by following these steps:
- On the Manager Application - navigate to Members > Members
- Search for the Member that needs to be updated by using Member Search
- Select the drop-down arrow next to the Member's name
- Select Update Email Address
Update the email address in the the New Email Address field
When this completes successfully you will see the following as confirmation:

Managers are not able to update the email address for Username users. In this case, please contact your Customer Success representative or our Support team and we'll be happy to assist.
