When you tap the + symbol in the upper-right hand corner, you will see the option to Submit Content.
Managers will also see the ability to Compose Broadcast, letting them push content to Members while on the go.
On Android
This feature works differently on Android. Tapping the + symbol when on News Feed will take you to Submit Post. Tapping the + symbol when on Broadcasts will take you to Compose Broadcast.
