The Interaction Log is accessible from the Member Profile page menu on the left. In the Interaction Log page, you can view every interaction with the Dynamic Signal platform that an individual member has had. Member interactions include Actions performed, Communications Received, and Points earned and are arranged into the following three sections:
- Actions
- Communications
- Points
Actions
If you click on Actions in the Interaction Log page, a list of every action performed by an individual member will appear along with the action Source, Description, and Date. You can filter your results by selecting Action Types or Source possibilities from the dropdown menus on the left side of the page. You can also filter by selecting a date range in the Date region.

Communications
If you click on Communications in the Interaction Log page, a list of every possible communication received by an individual member will appear along with the Communication Type, Subject, and Delivery Type. You can filter your results by selecting Communication and Delivery Types from the dropdown menus on the left side of the page. You can also filter by selecting a date range in the Date region.
Points
If you click on Points in the Interaction Log page, a list of Points earned by an individual member for actions will appear along with the Action Type, a Description, the Points Change and the Date of the action. You can filter your results by selecting an Action Type from the dropdown menu on the left side of the page or selecting an Increase or Decrease in Points in the Change region. Results can be further filtered by selecting a date range in the Date region.
