Managers can view detailed information about any member in a community simply by clicking their name on the Members page. On the Member Profile page, you can view basic data on any member, check in on their engagement in the community, and view their activity and usage data. The Member Profile page displays Registration status, Mobile App used, a member’s share history, previously scheduled shares, sharing stats, submitted content, Points, Leaderboard activity, connected accounts, a Monthly Snapshot of activity, and other relevant profile data.
Refer to the table below for details on what member data is available from the left sidebar menu of the Member Profile page. The Settings page includes key information about a member’s account, including the following:

- Privileges, Divisions
- Category Subscriptions
- Post Submission Settings

- To whom a member reports in the Organizational Hierarchy
To view a member’s profile, go to the Members page at Members > Members and click on their name.

Connected Social Accounts
You can also review a member's connected social accounts at the bottom of the page.
You can use this menu to disconnect a member's social account(s), or to reauthorize disconnected accounts.
