Leaderboards are a great way for Managers of a Community encourage a broader company social media presence by promoting friendly competitions between Members. You can create and configure leaderboards designed for different participants, and cater the leaderboards to the needs and interests of the participants.
For example, Managers can create a leaderboard of Members showing each Member's statistics for Shares, Clicks, Views, and Reactions, and get points totals to see who the leaders are. And Members can view the leaderboard to see their point totals.
The most commonly-used Leaderboards are the All-Time and Monthly Reset leaderboards, but other options are also available. You can create as many leaderboards as you like for your Members. You can also keep leaderboards private by hosting segmented leaderboards, such as an Executive Leaderboard. The following table describes the three main leaderboard types.
