Starting October 4th at 10AM Pacific, we're making some changes to the way you open support tickets in order to better surface solutions to common problems. We know many of you are used to just opening a ticket with us right away, and that moving the Submit a Request link from the homepage has been a challenge. We're bringing back that link today, but it will now be labeled How can we help you? Clicking this link will open a window called Solvvy.
Sometimes knowing just the right words to search for has been tricky, and while we've done a lot of work to make our content easier to find, Solvvy is great at understanding what you're asking and finding solutions, so this should help you get right to what you need.
Just type your question into the window and click the Ask Question button. Solvvy will take you right to the most relevant part of a Support Center article, along with a link to read the article in full detail. If you click the Read Article link, Solvvy will come with you so you don't lose your place. You can click the Hide button in the upper right hand corner to move it out of your way. Click How can we help you? to go right back to where you were. If this helped you, click the "Yes" button under "Did this answer your question," and you're all done. You can also scroll further down to see other article snippets that might help.
We believe this new functionality will help the majority of our customers find the answers to their questions without having to open a ticket. However, we understand that sometimes there are needs that an article can't solve for you. So once an article snippet has been presented, if none of the articles answer your question, at the very bottom, you will find a "Contact Support" link. Click that to open a ticket with our Customer Support team.
