Member Groups are dynamic, customizable lists of members that change from moment to moment as new members are added who meet the list criteria, or as existing members have their data updated and meet or no longer meet the criteria of a member group.
Five predefined member groups are available to view by Managers without using any filters or customizations, including the Standard Group of all members, which is the default member list that appears when you go to the Members page. Managers can also create Custom Groups using a wide variety of filters and customizable columns to power and refine the member search data. Existing groups can also be migrated to new custom groups, and all Custom Groups can be further edited or deleted.
Dynamic Signal Member Groups empower you to not only get an extensive amount of member data instantly, but also to use the Member Groups you have created for the following purposes:
- Share member group data with other Managers and parts of the platform
- Generate reports based on a member group’s data
- Create leaderboards
- Target a member group for specific broadcasts
- Target a member group for survey questions
