Simple Search for Members – Dynamic Signal

The quickest and easiest method of accessing live member data is to perform a simple search by clicking on any filter in the filter panel of the Members page. When you go to the Members page, the full Standard Group list of all members is displayed.

When you select any filter, the member data for that specific filter is instantly displayed. The yellow bar above your member list will display the currently selected filter criteria. For example, after you open the Members page and view the Standard Group list, you will see Status: Registered in the yellow bar. You can add different members to your list by selecting the Preregistered checkbox in the Status section. This will bring up a member list of Preregistered members, and Registered members if you have not cleared the Registered checkbox.

Within any given filter, you are performing an OR search, meaning a member needs to meet any of the selected criteria. Between different filters, you are performing an AND search, which means a member needs to match some criteria from every selected filter. Keep this in mind when using filters, so you get accurate results.

When you change your Member Group, the platform will remember the last group used and display that group on your next visit to the Members page. All of our documentation will start with the assumption that you are starting on the Standard Member Group.

Managers do not need special permissions to use the filters and customizable columns on the Member page. To view a Custom Group, managers need to have the View Distribution Group permission for that group. Only managers with the Edit Distribution Group permission for a group’s divisions are able to filter, search and save Custom Groups. Manager Division permissions will affect the results of the search or filtering.
