You can configure and customize the appearance of your Touchpoints by navigating to Content > Touchpoints. There are three configuration options and their availability will depend on the type of feed that each Touchpoint is embedded in: interactive or passive. Touchpoints embedded in interactive feeds can utilize the List or News Feed configurations and Touchpoints embedded in passive feeds can utilize the Slideshow configuration.

Configure Slideshow Touchpoint
The Slideshow editor is available for passive feeds via the icon below:
Slideshow Editor
Option
Description
Size
The overall size of the visual slideshow. A custom size can be used so it can fit your images perfectly.
Transition
Determines if a slideshow switches posts on its own or via a manual action.
Include Arrows
Displays arrows on either side of the post.
Include Dots
Displays dots at the bottom of the slideshow to indicate the position of the current post in the feed.
Delay
Determines the amount of time a post is shown.
Count
Determines the amount of posts this feed will show.
Title Position
Determines where the title of the post shows up.
Font Type
Determines the font type of the title text.
Title Color
Determines the color of the title text.
Configure List Touchpoint
The List editor is available for interactive feeds via the icon below:

Description
Size
Sets the overall size of the list. A custom size can be used so it can fit your list items perfectly.
Count
Determines the number of list items displayed at a time.
Font Size
Determines the list item text size.
Thumbnail
Determines whether or not a thumbnail image is displayed for each list item.
Text Formatting
Format the list item text to be bold, italicized, or underlined.
Font Type
Determines which font the list item text is displayed in.
Font Color
Determines the list item text color.
Card Background Color
Determines the background color of each list item.
Background Color
Determines the background color of the entire Touchpoint.
