How To Use Personalization Tokens in Broadcasts

As a manager creating a broadcast, you may want to personally address your recipients by First Name, Last Name, or Full name. This can be accomplished using the Personalization Tokens built into the Dynamic Signal Manager App.

Here are the steps to create a Broadcast using Personalization Tokens:

1. Login to the Manager App
2. Click Content > Broadcasts > Create Broadcast
3. Click the Insert Token button above the Headline and/or Message module
4. Click the desired token (First Name, Last Name, or Full Name)
5. Add any additional text as desired before / after the token.
6. Configure the additional components of the broadcast (attachments, recipients, etc)
7. When ready, proceed to Send, Schedule, or Save the broadcast.
