The Mobile Home Tab is the first area you'll see in the Platform Editor. We've done the hard work of setting up an amazing mobile experience! To enable it, simply click "Turn on" to get started. You can also tailor the experience by clicking the Configure home tab modules.
The mobile home tab can have several modules that can be enable/disabled individually. This allows members to receive a tailored experience for the community.
When the mobile home tab is enabled, quick links will move from the top of the feed to the top of the mobile home tab. The links can be edited through our normal flow.
Suggested For You
Pinned posts are a great way to keep information prominent. For that reason we've collected all a members pinned post in the "Suggested For You" module. When a member reads, likes, comments, or shares this post it will be dismissed from the module. The post, however, will still remain pinned in its category!
Display the most popular posts from the past 30 days. Posts are ranked based on number of views, likes, comments, and shares. Pinned posts are also omitted from the Trending Post module to reduce repetition.
Surface posts being shared from across the community, and enable members to easily share out to their own networks. Members will only see posts they are allowed to share. Posts with no shares will not show up in the module
Surface posts from important categories on the home tab. The module will display posts from one category at a time. It displays the 20 most recent pieces of content for each category selected. To see more, you can click 'See All' which functions the same as going to the category itself.
1. I've enabled my module but it's not showing up?
If a member doesn't have any viewable post in a given module, we simply don't show it! A member may also experience a blank screen if the manager has disabled all modules.
2. Why am I seeing content from an unknown category?
The mobile experience is focused on surfacing key posts to members. We surface posts from all categories available to that member, to improve category discovery and visibility.

Content submission has remained on the newsfeed.
5. How many posts will appear in each module? Is there a max?
Depending on the module, the posts are limited to 5 (top shares) or 20 (trending, suggested for you, featured category). However, simply tapping See All will open a feed with endless content!
6. How often is the featured category rotated?
A new category is presented every time the user launches the app. When only one category is selected, there is no rotation.
7. Where did my quick links go?
We want to keep quick links front and center! This means quick links will always remain on the chosen home experience.
8. I have just enabled the New Mobile Experience, why is there a blank screen?
