You can confirm your Okta SSO Integration was successful by completing the following steps in the Dynamic Signal Manager App.
- Use an incognito browser to log on to your Dynamic Signal Community using your Community URL.
- Click Sign in with SSO and enter your Okta credentials to sign on to the Dynamic Signal platform. If you receive an error message and need assistance, ask your Dynamic Signal contact.
- If no error messages occur, log on with SSO to the Manager App. Click your Profile icon and select Manage Community.
noteEnsure that you are using a manager account to access the platform.
- In the Dynamic Signal SSO window, click Sign in with SSO.
If you can enter your Community, your Okta SSO integration has been successful!
