The Broadcast Analytics page gives you data on how your Broadcasts are performing with your Community. To see this data, go to Content > Broadcasts > Broadcast Analytics.
The Filter Broadcasts column on the left allows you to filter your sent Broadcasts according by the following:
- Search for a Broadcast (Headline or Published Posts)
- Notification Type
- Broadcast Date
- Number of Recipients (Min/Max)
Your list of sent Broadcasts shows the following key metrics (if you’re unsure what these metrics are, hover over the ? icon for a definition):
- Chatter Opens
- Unique Recipients
- Mobile Notifications Received
- Opens via Mobile
- Emails Sent
- Emails Opened
- Email Clickthroughs
- Broadcasts Viewed
- Broadcasts Acknowledged
- Documents Downloaded
- Date / Time Sent
To view the performance data of a specific Broadcast, click on the Title of that Broadcast in the Broadcast Analytics list of sent Broadcasts. If you’d like data all the data presented on-screen in the Broadcast List, click Download Report to export that data as a .csv file.
Click Download Recipients to get a .csv file with all of your results organized by member. If your Broadcast included Documents, click Document Analytics to get a .csv file with the data on the document.
