Manager ability to easily remove a user's profile image
Any Manager who has the permission to edit users now has the ability to remove a User's profile picture. This is especially useful when one of your users has uploaded an image that is outside your policy or perhaps even an image that is inappropriate.
The following how this feature is used.
From the Member list in the Manager App select the member that you would like to remove the profile picture for.
Navigate to the profile screen by selecting profile from the menu on the left.
To remove the Profile image click Remove Profile Image next to the users existing profile image.
What happens when a users profile image is deleted?
- Deleting the profile image resets the users profile image to the application's default.
- Upon deletion the image is removed from any caching, database, disk storage.
- The deletion is recorded in the application log.
Multiple Image Posting for Members on Web Platform
Members can now add up to 16 images per post when creating a post on the web platform.
When creating a post select the Image icon. This will open a folder window where you can select an image to add. You may only add one image at a time to a post (up to 16 images)
Add each image individually into the post by repeating the process
Once all images have been added click submit. A dialog box will appear once your post has been submitted. Is may take a few moments when you are adding multiple images.
Failed Share Handling
Improvements have been introduced to better handle shares that have failed. Now when a share fails a user will receive and email and an in app notification letting them know that the share has failed.
Notification
Each of these notifications will allow you to navigate to My Shares where you can now retry your failed share.
